Shipping Policy

At CeSwa, we want your order to reach you safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about our delivery process.

Delivery All CeSwa products are delivered via a reliable nationwide courier service. We currently do not offer in-store or premises collection.

Delivery Fees

• Orders of R1 500 or more qualify for complimentary delivery.
• For orders below R1 500, a delivery fee will be quoted separately and reflected on your invoice prior to payment.

Dispatch Orders are dispatched once full payment — including any applicable delivery fee — has been received and cleared.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your courier tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
